*Experience*

  • *Minimum 6-8+ year experience in Handling the customers* and look out for major complaints related to the model.
  • Maintain the audits, invoices of spare parts, billing & settlement of claim
  • Insurance.
  • Monitoring Exit Interview instant feedback for delivered vehicles.
  • Maintaining Post Service Feedback reports.
  • Handling customer concerns in Post service feedback and provide necessary
  • resolution to convert into positive feedback.
  • Handling MB escalated customers and provides effective resolution to ensure
  • customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare root cause for escalations and discuss measures with the team to avoid
  • escalations in future.
  • Maintaining Courtesy cars custody and reports.
  • Handling goodwill process, Preparation of Goodwill documents for MB India and
  • follow-up for outstanding with MB India.
  • Maintain Chauffeurs to provide Pickup and drop
