*Experience*
- *Minimum 6-8+ year experience in Handling the customers* and look out for major complaints related to the model.
- Maintain the audits, invoices of spare parts, billing & settlement of claim
- Insurance.
- Monitoring Exit Interview instant feedback for delivered vehicles.
- Maintaining Post Service Feedback reports.
- Handling customer concerns in Post service feedback and provide necessary
- resolution to convert into positive feedback.
- Handling MB escalated customers and provides effective resolution to ensure
- customer satisfaction.
- Prepare root cause for escalations and discuss measures with the team to avoid
- escalations in future.
- Maintaining Courtesy cars custody and reports.
- Handling goodwill process, Preparation of Goodwill documents for MB India and
- follow-up for outstanding with MB India.
- Maintain Chauffeurs to provide Pickup and drop
